Return & Exchange

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Should you have any concern with the purchased items, we will happily exchange the item or refund the purchase price to the original form of payment, aside from cash, within 10 days upon receipt of shipment. We consider receipt of shipment based on the shipping carrier’s delivered date.

  • All items for returns and exchanges must be unused, unopened and in new condition and include the original receipt or other valid proof of purchase. Opened products are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping fees. 
  • Packagexpert, Inc. will need to inspect the returned/exchanged items before issuing a refund.
  • We do not accept returns & exchanges for international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept return & refund for PPE items, including masks, except for fulfillment error. 
  • All sale is final.
